Here I want learn to your all how you can update your Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 without any internet connection. It should work for Kaspersky Antivirus 2009 too but I haven’t tried it.
First you will need a computer installed with Kaspersky Internet Security which has access to internet from where you can copy the downloaded updates and then apply them to other computers which don’t have access to internet.(Offline Update Kaspersky Internet Security )

Open application and select settings.
Select Updates and then again settings.
Under the Additional tab, select the option “Copy Updates to folder” and give a path where you would like to store the update files.
Update your Kaspersky product and the updates will be copied to the folder you specified in previous step.(Offline Update Kaspersky Internet Security )

Copy all the files of that folder to any computer which you would like to update and then proceed step

Open application and select settings.
Select Updates and then again settings.
Under the Source tab, Add a source and specify the path where the update files are located on this computer.
Now manually try to update it and it will update itself from the update files you just specified.(Offline Update Kaspersky Internet Security )

Update off a USB drive or a folder on your hard drive, try the following.(Offline Update Nod32 Antivirus)

Download latest offline update
Extract to the root of your hard drive or USB drive, or any other folder that you're comfortable with. Make note of the folder with name nod_upd in your USB drive or hard drive, for example C:\nod_upd.
Open up the NOD32 Control Center by clicking on the system tray icon.
Open the "Update" screen and click on "Setup".
Choose your USB drive, eg. F:\nod_up\ or D:\nod_upd or anything...
Then, at the update screen, click "Update now".
